- Cupboard Under The Stairs
I printed a Cupboard Under the Stairs, Y'all! It turned out so cute! The rails didn't print well but it's only for me and not to sell. It just so happens to be the same size as my little Harry Potter doll I got last year from an old friend for Christmas! I used fabric for the wallpaper, and painted the rest with my markers that I got from the TikTok Shop. I could not believe how well it showed up even over the black plastic! True thoughts of the file: I love it overall, but my printer did have trouble with the rails on the staircase. Maybe I should have tried again, and slowed it down. But, this was just to keep busy and I'm not selling it to anyone so I'll keep this one as it is.
- Scrub Daddy Holder
I am OBSESSED with this little guy!!!! What color do you want???
- Have you heard about 3D Printed Wheelchairs for kids??
Wow, who knew you could 3D print an entire wheelchair? After watching this video, I was instantly inspired to jump in and get involved! We currently have 2 Flashforge 3D Printers, but neither has a large enough print bed. Looks like it's time to shop for a 3rd machine! The creator is generously sharing this file with the public and is calling for volunteers to join the building effort! There's an incredible network out there that will even help us connect with a family in need! These amazing chairs take just under 300 hours to print and require about 7 spoolls of PETG Filament and about 2 spools of TPU! I've decided to offer a sponsorship so all of you can join in and help too! I'm not sure how it will work yet, but I'll keep you posted!
- The Articulated Flying Dragon
Articulated Dragon Reminiscent of one of our favorite 80's movies. I really love how this one turned out! I also found a print of Atrayu and Artax stuck in the mud....you know that is going to be the next project! You can print this yourself by visiting: https://makerworld.com/en/models/826741-articulated-falkor-dragon-never-ending-story?from=search#profileId-776677
- The Pegasus Project Part Two
The Pegasus Project-Part two Third Time's the Charm! I found the sweet spot by printing at 218 percent. I used auto supports instead of the tree supports. I never want to do that again! But at least it worked! You cant print this yourself by visiting: https://makerworld.com/en/models/1441066-pegasus?from=search#profileId-1499938

- LOOK AT IT!!!
Do you see this thing??? We made that!! We used our Flashforge 5M because it estimated to take 13 hours to print vs 16 hours on our Flashforge AD5X. In the end it printed in just over 10 hours! We made this one for a Christmas gift. I'm really impressed with it!
- Tiny Things Excite Me
Why do I love small things so much? When I came across this little Nintendo controller keychain I had to print them! I fit 37 on to one build plate! They printed in just over 5 hours with 3 colors. I'll be making keychains with these. Aren't they adorable??
- Apex Culture Award
This year, our company received the Apex Culture Award for Alabama. My boss, aware that we had recently acquired a few 3D printers, suggested that we create individual awards for each employee. But what exactly is a "Culture Award"? According to Google, it's an acknowledgment given to a business for fostering an outstanding work environment rooted in its values, beliefs, and practices. However, for us, it signifies so much more. I love my job and my coworkers. I'm so glad I made the decision to come here.
- Gen X Tragedy keeps on hittin'!
A Scene Reminiscent of one of our favorite 80's movies. This one didn't turn out well, I'm going to print again a bit larger! This time the supports took an arm off! Well, that didn't work! I have failed in my quest once again. Am I doomed to keep repeating this nightmare of old?! Let's try that again! This time I tripled the size. I was very hopeful! Alas it didn't work out. Maybe it's a design flaw? Atrayu's arm is very small. I'll play with the settings and see if I can figure it out! I really wanted to do this one, so much that I paid $5 for the file. I am not sure what I'll have to do to get it to print correctly.
- We got a new toy!
The Adventure 5M This past month, Gavin surprised me with a new 3D printer! He put it together for us when it arrived. First project was to print an enclosure! We picked this bright yellow filament; I grabbed the instructions and got to work! Once we had all the parts printed and the enclosure kit arrived from Amazon, Mr. Wonderful assembled it all. I've emersed myself into the world of 3D printing as one does while falling in love with a new hobby.
- The Articulated Dragon
The Articulated Dragon I keep seeing these little Dragons everywhere! My nephews want one so I'm going to be printing this one in Black and also Green! This purple filament has a bit of a color shift to it. It's pretty pointed, so if you are printing this for little ones beware.
