Apex Culture Award

This year, our company received the Apex Culture Award for Alabama. My boss, aware that we had recently acquired a few 3D printers, suggested that we create individual awards for each employee.

But what exactly is a "Culture Award"? According to Google, it's an acknowledgment given to a business for fostering an outstanding work environment rooted in its values, beliefs, and practices.

However, for us, it signifies so much more. I love my job and my coworkers. I'm so glad I made the decision to come here.
